In the event that you have a complaint to a faulty product, e.g. a hole in your T-shirt or other problem. a hole in a t-shirt or another problem, please contact us via our widget, where you can click on "Send message" under "Start a conversation" -> "Send message". Fill in all the fields and under the subject field, please clearly indicate whether it is a complaint or not and add the 5-digit order number - Add a picture of the problem or the reason for the complaint, as this increases your chances of getting help from our side.

Subject: Complaint, Orders #-XXXXX

Text: #-XXXXX

You can also use the same procedure and send directly to our email: wool@loow.com, REMEMBER orders #-XXXXX and a picture of the complaint.
